Details
The Department of Neurology at the University of Utah is looking to hire two clinician-scientists at a mid-career level with a track record of extra-mural funding.
The applicant's academic rank is expected to be Assistant Professor or higher but is also dependent upon applicant qualifications. This position offers two different focus options:
1) Applicants may have the opportunity to focus on Motor Neuron disease with the potential to assume a leadership role in the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Center of Excellence.
2) Applicants are expected to expand their expertise and add to the existing departmental strengths in the following sub-specialties: Stroke, Neuroimmunology, Systems Neuroscience, Traumatic Brain Injury, Frontotemporal Dementia, and Headache Medicine.
