Job Description Summary
Position responsibilities include programmatic support for the Center for Neuroengineering and Therapeutics which develops and tests new devices and treatments that can restore brain and nervous system function after it has been lost to disease or disability. The Administrative Coordinator will work with CNT faculty, staff and students to support Center based research, education, training and outreach.

Position responsibilities include programmatic support for the Center for Neuroengineering and Therapeutics which develops and tests new devices and treatments that can restore brain and nervous system function after it has been lost to disease or disability. The Administrative Coordinator will work with CNT faculty, staff and students to support Center based research, education, training and outreach.

-Assist faculty and students with research data collection as directed

-Coordinate onboarding for new students and assist with LOR for CNT alumni

-Programmatic support for the CNT: assist the program director by managing the director's calendar, arrange travel and reimbursements, schedule meetings, plan CNT activities.

-Promote CNT outreach by regularly updating and maintaining websites, recording meetings and making them available and updating all CNT associated listservs

-Schedule and support CNT education initiatives such as lab, eCoG, T32 and guest speaker meetings.

-Support CNT faculty and graduate students by ordering research supplies, and assist with travel, publications, conferences and related payments/charges

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience within a College or University setting preferred.

Position contingent upon funding.
